Right of withdrawal & refunds

Who has a right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers, meaning people who conclude the contract for purposes outside a trade or profession. BuildMy.Agency is aimed at businesses and freelancers; if you sign up as an entrepreneur, there is no statutory withdrawal right, and cancellation follows the terms of service instead.
Withdrawal period
As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to Christian Weninger, BuildMy.Agency, Badgasse 103, 2831 Scheiblingkirchen, Austria, or by email to Info@buildmy.agency. Sending the notice before the period expires is enough.

Effects of withdrawal
I will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used. If you asked me to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for what was provided up to your notice.
Early loss of the withdrawal right
The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed, provided you expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged losing the right on full performance. For generated demo websites and dispatched letters, performance is complete at the moment of generation or dispatch.
Cancelling a subscription
Independently of any withdrawal right, you can cancel your monthly plan at any time in the billing area of your dashboard. Access and remaining prospect packages stay available until the end of the paid period, and no further payment is taken afterwards.
Refunds for mailing
Letters already handed to the print and mail provider cannot be recalled and are not refundable. If a letter fails to be produced or dispatched due to a fault on my side, the mailing fee for that letter is refunded.
