Right of withdrawal & refunds

No refunds

All payments are final. Membership fees and letter mailing fees are not refundable, and there are no partial refunds for a cancelled or unused period.

Business customers

BuildMy.Agency is built for businesses and freelancers. If you buy as an entrepreneur, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Consumers: immediate start and loss of the right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. BuildMy.Agency is a digital service that starts right away: your membership, lead finding and demo builds are available the moment you pay. Before payment you expressly request this immediate start and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service starts. For this reason, no refund applies once you have paid.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel your membership at any time in the billing area of your dashboard. This stops future payments. Access stays available until the end of the paid year. Already paid periods are not refunded.

The only exception: failed letters

Letters already handed to the print and mail provider cannot be recalled and are not refundable. If a letter fails to be produced or dispatched due to a fault on my side, the mailing fee for that letter is refunded.
