Payment came through this afternoon for the roofer I spoke with on Monday. 1500 for the build, no care plan on this one.
Did he decline the monthly care fee right away during the call?
Yes, he just wanted the site built and handed over. Only two of my five clients pay the monthly fee anyway, so I never push it if they prefer paying once.
Fair enough. My third dentist signed today for 1800 and 90 monthly, which landed six days after the letter.
Got the payment just now for an Italian resturant, 1400 for the build. He took the 70 monthly too, so now two of my four clients pay me monthly.

Why only 1200. Plumbers make that in two days. Your charging too little.
